Peer Support Group
A supportive space for parents of tweens and teens navigating the journey into and through the teenage years.
Parenting teenagers has its ups and downs, and sometimes you just have to ride the wave and get through it. In this group, we come together to share experiences, offer support, and ride the highs and lows of raising tweens and teens.
Join us as we navigate this exciting yet challenging phase of parenting, finding strength and solidarity in each other along the way.

Recommended for: Adoptive, kinship, foster, and waiting parents and caregivers of teens and tweens
BUILDING FAMILIES (En)
Profile Sharing Session
Are you an approved adoptive parent eager to learn more about the children in care who are waiting for their permanent families?
Join us for our next Building Families Session. This is a unique and invaluable opportunity to hear directly from social workers across New Brunswick. They'll be presenting non-identifying profiles of children currently in care and waiting for matches. You'll learn about their backgrounds, personalities, and specific needs, helping you understand the children who need loving, permanent homes.
What to expect:
Non-identifying profiles: Learn about children's ages, genders, personalities, and needs without revealing their identities.
Direct from social workers: Get insights and information directly from the professionals working with these children.
Opportunity to express interest: If a child's profile sparks your interest, you'll have the chance to express that to your social worker, potentially moving forward in the matching process.
Building Families is open to:
Approved adoptive families
Adoptive families thinking of adopting again
